1. Prepare your teeth. Thoroughly brush and floss your teeth so that there is not any foreign material such as grime, plaque and food in or around your teeth.
2. Insert the recommended amount of gel into the plastic holder placing a drop of gel in front of each tooth in the tray and avoid moving the liquid around.
3. Put on the trays. After filling the trays, firmly push the tray into place against the teeth resulting in foaming when the gel touches your gums. Wipe any solution that seeps out with a cloth. Make sure to not swallow any of the gel/liquid from the tray.
4. Wear the solution for 30 minutes to 2 hours for the day.
